Psychological aspects of legal regulation

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of the effectiveness of the legal regulation of social relations from the point of view of jurisprudence and psychology. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of perception and observance of legal norms by people and their collectives. The psychological aspects of the operation of legal norms on individual and public consciousness are considered. The evolution of concepts of understanding the efficiency of legal regulation is considered. The need to take into account the psychological characteristics of individuals in the process of lawmaking and the application of law is shown.
