PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: PROBLEMS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and methodological provisions concerning the problems of psychological aspects of personnel management and implementation of recommendations for their solution under the conditions of constantly increasing competition. Socio-psychological aspects of personnel management are determined. General problems of the theory and practice of personnel management are summarized. The factors influencing the favorable moral and psychological climate in personnel management are formed. Recommendations for raising the socio-psychological levers of personnel management are suggested.
