PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL CREATIVITY OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST

Abstract
The conducted research allowed to analyse the psychological features of the problem of managing the development of pedagogical creativity of the future competent specialistmodern teacher. The essence of the concepts “creative activity”, “professional and pedagogical creativity”, “technical creativity”, “pedagogical design”, “educational technical design” is analysed. It is concluded that the modern interpretation of the goal of education presupposes the education of young people’s readiness for the systematic assimilation of dynamically changing knowledge, the assimilation by it of the need for the development of their creative abilities.
