PSYCHOLOGICAL INFLUENCE FACTORS ON THE NAVIGATOR’S LEADERSHIP SKILLSDURING THE VOYAGE

Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological influence factors on the navigator’s leadership skills. The national and foreign classifications of the psycho-traumatic factors that affect the maritime professionals during the voyage have been described.
