Abstract
The given facts show that in modern conditions the problem of adolescent girls puberty continues to be an urgent medical and socio-economic problem. Of great importance are the issues of studying the characteristics of indicators of pubertal development, the nature and order of the appearance of phenotypic changes, and the impact on the process of endogenous and exogenous risk factors. All this requires a comprehensive, dynamic assessment of the features of the pubertal period, as the time of formation of all the specific functions of the female body that appear in the reproductive age.
