Public and legal of ensuring of socio-economic security of Ukraine as a scientific direction

Abstract
The article deals with and analyzes the issues of transformation of the mechanisms of public administration of social and economic security of Ukraine. The perspective direction of such a transformation (public-legal management), as well as its basis, is determined. It was substantiated that the provision of social and economic security of the state, specifically Ukraine, must be carried out with the help of the systematic determination of the challenges to it and features of public and legal of ensuring of this security. It was determined that advocation make up the foundation for the social and economic security of the state and for increasing of its mechanisms (public and legal) in this sphere. It was defined that these mechanisms are characterized by dynamic response to the present-day challenges and threats. The perspective directions of socio-economic security provision were formulated. It is noted that the overwhelming majority of the global processes, which constitute the new ways of communication and activity, including the ones, which concern the provision of social and economic security, allows the formation and legalization of new relations, as well as institutions in the system of state administration in this field.
