PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INTERESTS IN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract
This article discusses the different approaches that have been established in the jurisprudence regarding the concepts of “public interest” and “private interest”, referred to other classifications of interest in the law, the use of the shortcomings revealed in the administrative law of Ukraine the categories of “public interest” and “private interest”.
