PUBLIC AND STATE SETTING OF VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY

Abstract
In the article concepts, signs, essence of the phenomenon of “volunteering” and volunteer activity, are examined in Ukraine. The public and state setting of volunteer activity, specific of volunteer activity is analysed. The psychological, educator and educational role of volunteering is investigational. Theoretical comparison of basic directions of co-operation of the state and society is done in the field of volunteer activity.
