PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AS A MECHANISM OF FINANCING THE PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE'S SECTORS: THEORETIC AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article examines issues of the development of the mechanisms of public-private partnership in the country in theoretical and legal aspects. The theoretical issues of the formation of public-private partnership mechanisms in Ukraine and other countries of the world are covered in the context of financing the production infrastructure’s sectors. The peculiarities of the legal base of public-private partnership in the sphere of transport industry and transport infrastructure in Ukraine are considered. The main directions of improving the legal and regulatory framework for public-private partnership in the country are proposed.
