Abstract
В статье изучаются преимущества стратегического управления системой образования и зарубежный опыт в этом направлении. В частности, проанализирована организационная структура министерств образования США, развитых стран Европы и Азии, стран СНГ, задачи их управлений или отделов стратегического менеджмента. Выработаны обоснованные предложения по применению этого опыта в развивающихся странах.
