QUALITATIVE METHODS OF FORECASTING THE LEVEL OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article considers the essence and the classification of qualitative methods of forecasting. It is pointed out that the successful operation and development of the enterprise is impossible without providing a sufficient level of financial security. The definition of forecasting as a complex stage of diagnosis is given. The methods of expert assessments have been analyzed; their advantages and disadvantages have been revealed. Expert assessments are divided into individual (based on the use of the opinions of independent experts-specialists of the relevant profile) and collective (involved a concordance of experts’ views in the promising areas of development of the forecasting object). The individual expert assessments include interview method, method of questioning and method of scenarios. Collective expert assessments include questioning of experts, the method of commissions, the method of collective idea generation, the synaptic method, Delphi method. It is pointed out that expert methods have a wide range of applications and may also be combined with other methods in assessing the quality of regulatory documentation.
