QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOOL

Abstract
This article discusses the management of the quality system of training future professionals in higher education. The author believes that the institution of higher education, as educational and social organization that meets the basic properties of the system. Determined that the university as an organizational and educational system consists of institutions and faculties, departments and faculties of institutions, faculty and students. Relationships and interrelation between the data elements that defi ne the structure of higher education is the basis for a hierarchical organization of control in the educational institution. Found that the quality assurance process of training future specialists based on the existing management system of departments and structural subdivisions of the higher education institution, provided appropriate levels of managers and teaching staff within the rights and duties. The fi ndings indicated that the interrelatedness of all elements (levels) of such a complex and multi-level system as a higher education institution, certainly affect the quality of the end product of an educational organization – the quality of training of future specialists. That is why a systematic approach will allow to improve the quality of education, research and innovation processes and ensure the competitiveness of the university and its alumni in the education market.
