Quality management systems in automotive

Abstract
In this article showed the characteristics of quality management systems based on ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO / TS 16949 The paper presents the development of individual series of standards and the changes that have occurred over the years. Addresses the key areas of standards, ie the creation of system documentation and identification processes, both main and auxiliary enterprise and the difficulties they may encounter during deployment. In the final part, a comparison between the two discussed the standards and gives examples of the extension of the ISO / TS 16949 for ISO 9001: 2008.
