QUESTING FOR LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE THROUGH EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract
This research aims to extend the understanding of framing leadership excellence through emotional intelligence. A number of studies provide significant evidence to conceptualize and operationalize the configuration of key constructs. Most studies support significant positive relationship between constructs, by examining the curve of emotional intelligence on leadership excellence. Hence, the study endeavors to put forward transdisciplinary patterns of leadership excellence in view of the ability and mixed models of emotional intelligence. However, future research is needed to provide mentoring programs in leadership, synergizing reinforcement learning and joint action of both follower and leader for better organizational effectiveness.
