Abstract
The reviewed publication is part of a growing resource of various studies and analyses of the functioning of local government in Poland. The editor of the reviewed publication is prof. Ewa Nalewajko of the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The basis of the analysis carried out in the work are surveys conducted among councilors of all provincial assemblies in Poland.
