Radzenie sobie z wymogami życiowymi a ryzyko wykluczenia – perspektywa salutogenetyczna

Abstract
Przeciwdziałanie zagrożeniu wypaleniem oraz wykluczeniem społecznym od lat stanowi istotny obszar refleksji naukowej oraz działań profilaktycznych i naprawczych. Celem artykułu jest refleksja nad czynnikami warunkującymi skuteczne radzenie sobie z różnymi wymogami życiowymi. Przyjęta została perspektywa salutogenetyczna, która koncentruje się na zasobach osoby: wewnętrznych (osobowych) i zewnętrznych (środowiskowych). Dostępność zasobów oraz umiejętność korzystania z nich jest warunkiem radzenia sobie z wymogami życiowymi. Ryzyko wykluczenia pojawia się wtedy, gdy umiejętności adaptacyjne osoby są ograniczone lub stopniowo kurczy się poziom zasobów.
