Rapid Determination of Methanol Content in Base Liquor by Near Infrared Spectroscopy
Journal Title: 河南科技大学学报(自然科学版) - Year 2018, Vol 39, Issue 5
Abstract
The near infrared spectroscopy method was used to detect the methanol content in base liquor. The spectral data were processed and the quantitative analysis model of methanol was established by partial least squares.By optimizing the model, the optimal pretreatment method was the first derivative and vector normalization. The principal fraction was 2.The optimal band spectrum was 6 102 ~ 5 450 cm-1.The coefficient of correlation (R2) between the true value and the predicted value of the calibration set samples was0.955 2.The corrected standard deviation was 1.30.The model was further validated. The coefficient of correlation (R2) of the validation set was 0.950 6, and the prediction standard deviation was 1.83.The results show that the established quantitative analysis model of methanol has a consistent prediction effect compared with the common gas chromatography method, and the precision and stability of the model is good. The model provides a method guidance for on-line rapid detection of methanol in base liquor.

Exact Solutions of Cylindrically (Spherically) Nonlinear Schrdinger Equation
The cylindrically ( spherically) nonlinear Schrdinger equation ( CS-NLS) was studied. A similarity transformation between the CS-NLS and NLS with variable coefficients was obtained. The solutions of the NLS with variabl...
Vertical Loading Behavior Analysis of Floating Pile in Finite Soil Layer
To investigate the vertical loading behavior of floating pile, the soil column under the pile bottom was assumed to be an extending fictitious pile shaft. By means of the unified function of the soil-pile column modulus,...
Reduction Roasting Test of Garnierite Laterite Ore by Methane
A low-grade garnierite laterite ore composed of 0. 82% Ni and 9. 67% Fe was studied through roasting-magnetic process under the condition of methane atmosphere. The methane was proved to be decomposed to carbon and hydro...
