Raynaud fenomeni’ni taklit eden kompleks bölgesel ağrı sendromu tip 1

Abstract
Kompleks Bölgesel Ağrı Sendromu Tip 1 (KBAS-1), tutulan ekstremite de şişlik, otonomik disfonksiyon ve distrofik değişiklikler ile karakterize kronik ağrılı bir sendromdur. Genellikle travma sonrası görülür, ama bazen travma olmadan da görülebilir. 14 yaşında kız çocuğunda, soğuk ve stresle aktive olan ve üst ekstremitede bilateral ve tekrarlayan ataklarla seyreden, Raynaud fenomenine benzer bir KBAS-1 saptadık. Bu olguyu, atipik seyirli olması ve nadir görülmesi nedeniyle literatür eşliğinde sunuyoruz. Anahtar kelimeler: Kompleks bölgesel ağrı sendromu, refleks sempatik distrofi sendromu, Raynaud fenomeni
