Reactive Chlamydial Arthritis and Ophtalmopathies

Abstract
Oculopathies in reactive chlamydial arthritis are diagnosed in 63 % of patients, with «conjunctivitis — uveitis — scleritis — glaucoma — cataract — keratitis» ratio as 13 : 8 : 2 : 2 : 1 : 1, and the nature of eye pathology is closely related to the severity of inflammatory process in urogenitalia and general activity of the disease, influences the level of antichlamidial antibodies in the blood, prevalence, severity of joint syndrome and rates of its progression, development of cardiopathy (uveitis, conjunctivitis) and nephropathy (cataract).
