REALITY OF SOCIAL GROUP TRAINING PATTERNS AT THE CENTRO DE EDUCACIÓN INICIAL MANAK-KRÜ

Abstract
The initial education of the children is the parent’s responsibility, who have the obligation to instill in them the values and patterns that they will follow in their life. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the reality of Pemón ethnic group’s formation patterns at the Centro de Educación Inicial Manak-Krü. The study was developed using the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental research design, under the field research modality and a descriptive level. The population studied consisted of twenty-five teachers - parents, and representatives. The results showed that parents and representatives are committed to the institution by virtue of the generation of appropriate patterns and behavioral profiles for their children and recognize failures in home schooling. It was concluded that education is not being given importance in reference to the generation of parenting patterns, which implies a relevant negative factor when creating commitments not only for representatives, parents and teachers, but also for students and children that make school life in the CIS Manak-Krü
