Abstract
Records/information management systems constitute the basic building block of the electronic and digital world with all processes. Technological advances continue in a very fast and dizzying way. Recently, technological products, software, systems, new products, structures, systems are rapidly becoming obsolete. As one of the best ways to cope with this, technological predictions have been applied by developed countries. It is important for the future of the profession that the professionals of document/information management make predictions against the technological developments at the intersection of their fields and technology. Preventing for the future by making technological predictions that will affect and affect the professional field, making investments, document/information management processes will be prevented from defining the features of the product.
