Reducing the construction time of a monolithic frame of an apartment building

Journal Title: Modern Innovations, Systems and Technologies - Year 2023, Vol 3, Issue 4

Abstract

Currently, the construction industry is facing many problems that hinder its development. One of the key obstacles is the lack of new management approaches that could allow adapting to the changing conditions of the construction industry. One possible approach is to use the principles of thrift. Lean manufacturing helps reduce costs, increases productivity and improves product quality. This method is based on the idea of minimizing losses and optimizing processes. The application of the principles of thrift in construction involves a number of stages. The first stage is the definition of the goals and objectives of the project. Then it is necessary to analyze the current state and identify possible problems and losses. This is followed by the development of an action plan and the implementation of changes. The use of lean approaches in construction can lead to an increase in the competitiveness of companies in the market. This is due to the fact that lean methods can reduce costs, increase productivity and improve the quality of work. The purpose of this work is to show that lean manufacturing methods can be applied in various industries, including construction. In construction, this approach can be especially useful, as it allows you to reduce construction time, reduce costs and improve the quality of work.
