REFORMATION OF LEGAL STATUS OF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR IN UKRAINE AND POLAND: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
In the article is analyzed a Ukrainian and Polish legislation about the public prosecutor. There are generalized basic scientific points of view to understanding of category “legal status of public prosecutor” in legal science of Ukraine and Poland. On the basis of analysis of legislation, a theoretical research is exposed maintenance of legal status of office of public prosecutor on the modern stage of reformative changes.
