REGARDING SOME ISSUES OF EVOLUTION OF STATE CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF LAND RESOURCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to separate questions of the genesis of state control in the field of land resources. The present state is analyzed and historical experience of regulation of relations, the object of which are land resources, are taken into account. The main gaps in the state control are determined and the importance of taking into account historical experience for efficient and rational use of land resources is indicated. It has been determined that there are certain conflicts in legal regulation, for example, the provisions of the current legislation are often only declarative and do not have a proper mechanism for implementation, which greatly complicates the implementation of state control in the field of land resources; the lack of clear regulation of the powers of state authorities and local self-government, which in practice means situations in which no public authority has competence in relation to the relations that need to be settled.
