Regulation of Crowdfunding activities in North America

Abstract
The article analyzes the experience of Canada and the United States in applying entrepreneurs, enterprises, nonprofit organizations and other associations of crowdfunding technologies in order to financially support their activities and implement certain projects. The main socio-economic conditions of the existence of crowdfunding in the countries of North America and the key indicators of crowdfunding activity in these countries are revealed. The main aspects of state regulation of crowdfunding in these countries are analyzed. It is proved that in today’s conditions of development of Internet resources and social networks crowdfunding is becoming an important part of the global financial market. The expediency of further researches of world experience of application of crowdfunding with the purpose of its adaptation for providing of available potential in Ukraine for crowdfunding operations is substantiated.
