REGULATION OF HUMAN RIGHT TO DEFENSE IN INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the human right to defense in public international law. The analysis of the legal literature in the mentioned topic is carried out. Examples are given of the norms of international acts that establish the human right to defense. Develops the thesis that a person is a subject of international public law. The types of practical reali- zation of the human right to defense in international law are considered. It has been suggested that the qualitative regulation of the human right to protection by acts of an international legal nature and the high level of its practical implementation can not only contribute to the protection of human rights, but also have a positive impact on international relations in today’s globalized world.
