REGULATION OF PROCESS OF ADAPTATION BANKS OF UKRAINE TO THE FEATURES OF THE FINANCIAL–ECONOMIC SPACE

Abstract
This article is devoted to considering scientific–methodical substantiation of expediency of introduction differentiated requirements activity of banks (to standard of the adequacy of regulative capital) based on comparison of the amount of risk and amount of capital. Considering the fact that the level riskiness of banks is different, in establishing requirements for their activity should use individual approach. It has been found that the National Bank of Ukraine using differentiated approach to the regulate the process of adaptation should promote banks to use its funds (on condition that the capital to correspond to risks) to investing in profitable business–directions («not to freeze» these money on the relevant accounts), and vice versa, for those institutions in which risks exceed the capital, have to applied appropriate measures. In order to ensure competitiveness, banks have to be flexible, constantly compare their risk positions with the amount of capital, reallocate resources without significant losses and so on. So one of the tasks of the National Bank of Ukraine has to be assisting this process by implementing differentiated requirements for their activities.
