REGULATORY PROVISION OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY AT NOISE POLLUTION BY AIR TRANSPORT

Abstract
This article analyzes the system of legal regulation of ecological safety in noise pollution by air transport.In addition,it describes the concepts and the rules of law concerning the substantive points in the industry. Besides, there have been defined a number of normative legal acts of the national legislation and international acts, ratified by Ukraine to regulate the issues of aircraft noise pollution.
