Abstract
In the article the legal aspects of the implementation of land management expertise of regulatory monetary value of land settlements. The role of the state examination land documents in modern conditions of development of land relations. The analysis of state examination of the technical documentation monetary value of land settlements of Ukraine. Typical comments revealed the technical documentation state examination. They are primarily caused by the lack of a single standard for the relevant works.
