Abstract
Khodova Y. Reengineering as an effective mechanism for the reorganization of logistics business processes. The article reveals the essence of reengineering of logistics business processes. The mechanism of reorganization of logistics business processes is researched, stages (phases) of reengineering of logistical business processes are systematized. A map of the business process of creating value, its sequence and the relationship of goals are presented. Features of redesigning the business process in the supply chain are considered. The tasks are solved, the solution of which is provided by the procedure of reengineering. The necessary recommendations for the improvement of the approach of reengineering of logistics business processes aimed at a fundamental rethinking of the logistics management system in companies are presented, and the main directions for further research are determined.
