Rekonstrukcja pełnej grubości policzka przy pomocy płata przedniobocznego uda – opis przypadku

Abstract
Rozległe ubytki tkanek powstałe w wyniku resekcji nowotworu w obrębie głowy i szyi wymagają jednoczasowej rekonstrukcji. Jednym z najczęściej stosowanych wolnych płatów w odtworzeniu ubytków jamy ustnej jest płat przednioboczny uda. Przedstawiono przypadek 57-letniej kobiety z rakiem płaskonabłonkowym policzka, u której wykonano rekonstrukcję pełnej grubości policzka zdwojonym płatem przedniobocznym uda. Autorzy podają metody leczenia oraz możliwości zastosowania płata ALT.<br/><br/>
