Abstract
Khair ad- Din at Tun usi ad mired Euro pean achieve ments along side with strong be lief in a power of Islam. The main aims of this writ ing was to encour age men of poli tics and sci en tists to seek the means lead ing to im prove the situa tion of Mus lim com mu nity (umma) and its de vel op ment by ex tend ing the level of knowl edge and sci ence, trade, ag ri cul ture and also by the elimi na tion of un em ploy ment.
