RELIGIONS AND THE RELIGIOSITY OF THE INHABITANTS OF ANCIENT EGYPT: ANALYSIS OF THE MODERN CONVENTIONAL HISTORICAL CONCEPT

Abstract

Within the context of the research the main point is about the sources and factors that have become the reasons for the formation a highly religious-historical conception of life in Ancient Egypt, and whether they can be trusted. After analyzing the findings of the most famous scientists and researchers of Ancient Egypt, the author concludes that to date a common historical concept of a large number of religions in Ancient Egypt and the extraordinary religiosity of its inhabitants has been already formed in science. This fact, as well as the following analysis of the sources and factors that have influenced the formation of such a concept, will enable to prove its validity or fallacy in the further study.
