REMEDIAL INSTRACTION ON OVERCOMING DYSLEXIA AT YOUNGER SCHOOLCHILDREN WITH MENTAL RETARDATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of dyslexia in learners 3-4 classes of special boarding school I-II levels with mental retardation, which is defined as a partial disorder of the process of mastering reading, due to the unformed nature of higher mental functions. With the help of specially selected texts, two types of reading were studied: reading aloud and reading "myself." There was also considered the types of errors that were made by the learners. It is shown that the modified method used to overcome dyslexia contributed to the correction and improvement of reading skills in children.
