REMUNERATION OF LABOR IN UKRAINE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON INTELLECTUALIZATION OF ECONOMY AND MANAGEMENT

Abstract
In the article the essence of intellectual labour is investigated, basic factors of influence on a labour remuneration transformation process in Ukraine are determined. The dynamics of macroeconomic indexes, levels of wages growth, profits of population, differentiation of maximum and minimum wages by types of economic activity and areas are analysed. Outlined approaches to the establishment of the real cost of labour force as stimulus to intellectualization of economy and management of enterprises.
