Requirement of implementation of logistic innovations in enterprises in Ukraine

Abstract
In conditions of fierce competition it is necessary to adapt to difficult economic situations and rapid changes in time. Today, the problem of the development and provision of innovations in logistics enterprises comes to the fore. The efficiency of the development of the quality of logistics services in the country directly depends on the development of innovative processes. Mistrust of innovative products impedes the process of introducing the latest technologies into logistics activities, directly affects the low level of indicators of innovation development in Ukraine and constrains the implementation of the huge logistical potential of Ukraine. Logistic innovations - the concept quite wide also includes both innovative logistics, and innovations in logistics. Transport innovations cover all complex of functions of traffic control of goods at the level of each business process – sets of the interconnected logistic business processes of the enterprise or organization and business of logistics in general. Creation of technology of performance of business processes of this direction is the cornerstone of formation of a full cycle of management of innovations in business to logistics – from strategic planning to the analysis of the reasons of deviations from the made decisions and formation of the relevant management decisions. Now we observe change of a global trend of logistics in Ukraine towards sustainable and high-quality development, but throughout long time Ukraine lagged behind technologically. It has negative effect on development of the enterprises, including where the logistics represents a basis of business activity. From this it follows that the level of innovative development of the country and efficiency of logistics are interdependent to indicators. The innovative logistics is considered as one of options of increase in level of management of logistic processes in connection with application of various innovations directed to improvement of quality of service of consumers, to decrease in various expenses and on growth of efficiency of logistic processes today. However, unfortunately, today Ukraine among the countries of Europe takes the finishing positions in the rating of effective development of quality of logistic services.
