Research Advance in GP73 in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B
Journal Title: Diseases & Research - Year 2022, Vol 2, Issue 2
Abstract
Golgi protein 73 (GP73) is a type II integrative membrane protein located in the cellular Golgi apparatus. Research shows, that in addition to protein processing, GP73 is involved in cell differentiation, intercellular signaling and apoptosis. With the development of proteomics technology, the relationship between GP73 and chronic hepatitis B has been gradually revealed. In this review, the clinical diagnostic value and the therapeutic prediction of GP73 in chronic hepatitis B in recent years are reviewed, to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.

The Clinical Feature of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with High HBV pgRNA
ackground and Aims At present, nucleos(t)ide analogue (NA) is usually used to treat chronic hepatitis B, but there are still some patients with high levels of pgRNA after long-term treatment. We tried to study the clinic...
Determination of mRNA Targets of miR-376c within the RNA-Induced Silencing Complex
Background The focus of the present study was to establish an easy combined method based on the MirTrap system together with a mRNA array to efficiently define target mRNAs which can be bound by miR-376 within the RNA-in...
Interferons in Colorectal Cancer Pathogenesis and Therapy
As key modulators of the immune response, interferons play critical roles following infection and during the pathogenesis of cancer. The idea that these cytokines might be developed as new therapies emerged soon after th...
Multiparameter Flow Cytometry: An Important Auxiliary Tool for The Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Myelodysplastic Neoplasms
Multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) shows promise in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of myelodysplastic neoplasms (MDS). By identifying abnormal immunophenotypes of different cell lineages in bone marrow (BM) ce...
