RESEARCH COMPETENCE OF SOCIAL WORKERS: MODERN APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION

Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of the development of research com- social teacher. Approaches to the definition of the phenomenon of researchers are considered- competence of specialists in scientific literature. Outlined the main areas of experience- the complex of the factors influencing its efficiency is defined. The concept of research competence of social pedagogues as a whole is formulated, integrative qualities of the individual, which is manifested in the willingness to effectively implement- do you own research, to solve the problem, educational, and professional tasks by obtaining new knowledge, applying the methods of scientific knowledge in the unity of the kog- the positive, motivational, communicative and operational components.
