Research on strategies to improve the social co-governance of food safety

Abstract
Shanghai municipal administration of market supervision focuses on "the people's city built by the peopleï¼ and the people's city for the people". Through the regular "you orderï¼ I inspect" activities on food safety the administration has established an important window for disseminating market regulation informationï¼ showcasing the image of market regulationï¼ and telling the story of market regulation. Over the past three yearsï¼ by combining the needs of the citizens in Shanghai and the routine food safety spot-checking plan through the food safety âyou orderï¼I inspectâ activitiesï¼ the administration has enabled the public to perceive and evaluate the quality of the inspection servicesï¼ and has actively built a food safety social co-governance service brand. While ensuring that people can eat at ease and buy at willï¼ we will also boost consumer confidence and promote high-quality development of food safetyï¼ so as to create a vivid picture of people participating in and benefiting from food safety governance.
