Research on the regeneration of gelling adhesive amino resins used in the production of floorboards

Abstract
Research on the regeneration of gelling adhesive amino resins used in the production of floorboards. Research on regeneration of gelling amino resins are presented. The regeneration process consisted of dissolving the gelling resins in the a low-viscous amino polycondesate. In the studies as a regenerative solvent, the nonwaste condensed MUF resin was used. Homogeneous mixtures of regenerated resin were obtained. Then the resins to produce beech plywood were used. Shear strength (Rt) and wood failure (WF) of adhesive glue line of plywood accordingly to the requirements of standards EN 314-01 after tests p.5.1.1, and p.5.1.3 were tested. Plywood fulfilled the requirements for EN-314-02 standard in terms of strength and water resistance of glue lines (3 class of gluing quality).
