Research progress in biomechanical analysis and rehabilitation therapy of stress fracture based on microdamage

Journal Title: Journal of Air Force Medical University - Year 2023, Vol 44, Issue 6

Abstract

Stress fracture is a kind of fatigue fracture that often occurs in normal bone. In this paper, the mechanism of stress fracture and its impact on bone biomechanical properties are comprehensively analyzed. This paper attempts to further analyze the pathological evolution of stress fracture from its occurrence to repair from the perspective of biomechanics, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research on stress fracture.
