RESEARCHES AND DEVELOPMENTS IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR: GLOBAL AND NATIONAL TRENDS

Abstract
World trends in the content of researches and development in higher education sector, in order on the basis of this knowledge to determine the future vector of development of researches and development in Ukraine are examined in the article. Grouping of measurable indicators of the level and quality of researches and development in the field of higher education is presented. It will allow in the future offering an author’s vision of solving the problem of reducing the number of new developments in the sector of higher education. The share of government expenditures on researches and development and scientists in the aggregate employment of individual countries of the world is analyzed.
