RESEARCHES OF WEATHER CONDITIONS INFLUENCE ON PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM EFFICIENCY

Abstract

The energy efficiency of the use of photovoltaic modules as a source of electric energy for the lighting system is considered. The main parameters of photovoltaic modules and their mathematical description are considered. Based on the analysis of literary sources, natural factors that influence the performance of photovoltaic modules are established. Using factor analysis, the values of the temperature coefficient, the coefficient of change in wind velocity and changes in solar radiation are calculated, and the degree of their influence on the temperature change of the module is calculated. According to the calculation results, the maximum volume generated by the power module, recorded in March, and the fact that the increase in the level of solar radiation leads to an increase in the short-circuit current, and the increase in the temperature of the air affects the reduction of the idle voltage of the photovoltaic module. The expediency of using a photovoltaic installation for feeding the illumination load of an educational building during the year, taking into account its mode of operation and installation potential, is proved.
