Responsibility for non-enforcement of a court decision in separate sources (monuments) of criminal law in the territory of Ukraine.

Abstract
The article deals with the main monuments of ukrainian pre-soviet law to the subject of the existence of criminal law in them, aimed to establishing criminal liability for non-enforcement of a court decision. The development of criminal liability for non-enforcement of a court decision in the soviet period and in the period of independent Ukraine was explored.
