RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF RIGHT FOR ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Abstract
Research of question of responsibility is in-process conducted for violation of right for access to information in Ukraine and in the separate countries of European Union. It is separately analysed constitutionally legal adjusting the observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of man on information and the ways of improvement of national legislation of Ukraine are offered.
