Restricted mouth opening is a relatively common dental condition that has a variety of causes such as Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF), Microstomia (Surgically induced), Trismus, Haematoma formation following an inferior dental nerve block. The purpose of this paper is to describe the clinical management of a patient with microstomia, trismus, OSMF, etc. It deals mainly with fabrication of flexible trays, sectional trays, sectional dentures, sectional prosthesis and various other impression techniques that can be adopted for patients with restricted mouth opening in an attempt to restore the functions and esthetics of such patients. Keywords: Complete denture, oral submucous fibrous, Impression.
