RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF FUTURE LAWYERS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

The results of experimental research were analyzed in the article. It was determined that the formation of the system of professional value orientations which reveals a value position of the personality with respect to professional activity is a perspective direction to improve the quality of training of future lawyers. In our study we defined professional value orientations of future lawyers as a system of values, value orientations, meanings and attitudes on legal and socially meaningful activities that form a unique axiosphere of the personality which reflects personal, professional and social orientation of the lawyer. Considering the specificity of professional legal activity we have developed professional value orientations of future lawyers. During the research of structural composition of professional value orientations of future lawyers it was highlighted axiological, psychological, motivational, cognitive and prognostic components, each of which performs a specific function. The main functions of professional value orientations of future lawyers were assigned: normative, regulatory, communicative, professional and activity function. The criteria of the formation of professional value orientations of future lawyers in the process of professional training were determined: cognitive; personal and active. Levels of professional value orientations of future lawyers were highlighted: high, medium and low. The effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions and pedagogical technology of the formation of professional value orientations of future lawyers were experimentally confirmed.
