RETAINING STATES FROM OBLIGATIONS UNDER INTERNATIONAL TREATIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the evolution of international law of treaties’ norms on the states’ treaty obligations, on their execution and on derogation from such execution. Author accumulates the normative database about aspects of derogation such legal obligations; he shows the common approaches on these issues.
