REVOCATION AS A MODALITY OF SANCTION OF THE UNLAWFULNESS ADMINISTRATIVE ACT

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of revocation as a means of sanctioning the unlawfulness of administrative acts. The focus is on the essence of this measure and its peculiarities mentioned in the doctrine, the author coming up with clarifications and comments. Also, the author states the main differences between the revocation and other measures to sanction the unlawfulness of administrative acts, such as suspension and cancellation.
