RISING OF INCLUSION IN THE UKRAINIAN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN CURRENT CONDITIONS

Abstract
In the article the creating the conditions for rising of inclusion in the educational system of Ukraine was well-grounded as an important step to meet the new challenges and threats. It was mentioned that the universities in Ukraine nowadays face the problem of the lack of students. The factors supposed to cause the situation were studied. These were the factors of different character and genesis. There were the demographical factor; the changes inside the overall system of the higher education relations, the appearance of the new forms of organizing of the studying process, as well as its adapting to the European example. It was well-grounded that in the circumstances the rising of inclusion has become a very actual thing. This means first of all adapting of the education system’s responsibility to the child, but not adapting of the child’s responsibility to the education system. The inclusion also assumes rising of communication among the higher and secondary educational institutions.
